Aluminum windows

The aluminum window systems are suitable for glazing terraces, stores, entrances, etc.

The advantages of the aluminum window systems are:

Insulation – the doors and windows equipped with a thermal break offer high levels of thermal and sound insulation.
Resistance – aluminum is a material which does not age, it is suitable for places where the windows are subject to high temperature and intensive sunlight.

The aluminum window systems which we offer are of the Greek brand ETEM, which has the longest experience in the production of aluminum profiles in Greece.

ETEM is an established leader in the production of light metal products, with over 35-year experience and high level of specialization in a wide range of products. The main production base located in Magoula, Attikis, while ETEM owns several other factories – one in Enofita, Attikis and one in Bulgaria.

ЕТЕМ Е-1000

The profile system ЕТЕМ Е-1000 is an aluminum system without thermal break, the so called "cold" profile.The client may choose between rectangular and oval design of the profiles.

This system is optimized with regards to the ratio between maximum structural stability and minimum use of aluminum.

The types of opening which can be achieved with this profile system are outward and inward opening; vertical axle opening and tilt and turn opening; on a lower and upper vertical axle.

The system Е-1000 is suitable for window displays and internal doors. The compatibility of this system with the sliding systems E-1600 and E-19 allows their combination.

ЕТЕМ Е-45

ЕТЕМ Е-45 is an openable system with a thermal break 24 mm. It has specially designed EPDM seals providing better thermal insulation, water drainage and air impermeability.

This window system is intended for glazing homes, as well as for public and administrative buildings. The possibility for using glass units from 18mm to 40 mm allows to be used double and triple glass units, with which various combinations of the different glasses can be made.

ЕТЕМ Е-45 is characterized with elegant rectangular and oval line. This system offers you many options for opening – opening on a vertical axle, tilt and turn opening, possibility for opening inwards and outwards, opening of lower and upper horizontal axle, parallel sliding (VW).

ETEM E-45 allows the use of hardware for aluminum and PVC hardware. This is possible thanks to the new profiles with a groove for PVC hardware. It allows multiple point locking, adjustable hinges, as well as the use of security /anti-burglary/ hardware.

In the case of entrance doors, there are many variants for matching with the ready floor. The client may choose also the type of locking, which can be an ordinary lock, lock with a three-point locking, 5-point locking, lock with a cylinder, etc.

This window system allows the use of mechanism for smoke insulation of the doors in compliance with Ordinance 2 of the National Service for Fire and Emergency Safety. ЕТЕМ Е-45 is a system which has the necessary certificates, issued by the most renowned research institutes:

Certificate for thermal permeability by ift Rosenheim, Uf=2,1 W/m².K

Certificate for air impermeability – Class 4

for water impermeability – Class E 1950
wind resistance – Class C45, by EKANAL

Test for sound insulation against air sound with a glass unit 25 mm /4+17+4 mm/, Rw = 36 dB

Sliding

The sliding opening is not widely spread on the Bulgarian market, but however it has its own market niche. Many of our clients prefer it due to the fact that in opened position the leaf does not intrude in the room.

There are many sliding systems which are offered on the Bulgarian market:

ETEM Е-1600

This sliding system by ETEM is the most popular product when it come to sliding. It is the so called “cold” sliding which determines that there is not thermal bridge in the core of the profile.

Е-1600 is used most often for the making of sliding windows (double-sash, three-sash or four-sash), and sliding doors (single, double and four-sash). They are suitable both for interior and for external windows, where thermal insulation is not a priority.

Е-1600 can be made with single glass, glass unit or a panel.It is possible to add an additional leaf with anti-insect net. Also, it is possible to put lamellas for protection against the sun and their use as panes protecting against the sun.

ETEM Е-52

This is a sliding system with a thermal break. It allows numerous combinations of opening – two, three, four sashes, etc.

The glasses of this sliding system are very important and therefore it needs a glass unit.

The design of this sliding system has taken into account the reliability of the seals – here it is used a combination of brushes with polyethylene insert which protects against squashing after becoming wet.

Е-52 allows the fixing of additional sash with anti-insect net, as well as a sash with lamellas protecting against the sun /shutters/. Important characteristic is the possibility of using both aluminum and PVC hardware with multiple point locking.

Folding doors

This is a sliding system with a thermal break. It allows numerous combinations of opening – two, three, four sashes, etc.

The glasses of this sliding system are very important and therefore it needs a glass unit.

Alumil M-19800 Accordion Alutherm

The System Alumil M 19800 Accordion Alutherm is characterized with a thermal break inside the profiles. It is ideal for glazing showrooms, automobile showrooms, cafés and restaurants. Here, it is possible to fix a low floor profile which will not hinder people walking over it and will not be necessary people to skip over it.

This system is supplied with special EPDM seals and brushes which guarantee the excellent insulation. It can be made with an openable door, opened both outwards and inwards, as well as with numerous leaves. The system M 19800 gives you the possibility to choose a glass unit from 24mm to 32 mm.

Alumil M-9800

Alumil M 9800 is an aluminum system of the so called “cold” type, which means that there is no thermal break. It is suitable for internal folding doors.

In case you have a large room, which you want to screen, but if necessary, to use it as a whole, this is the ideal solution for you.
